No problem! All of our hair extensions come with a sample for you to test first before you open the main box with the extensions inside. If the color does not match, you can return the unused extensions for a refund.

We also have color rings available to order to find your best color match. The cost of the color ring can be credited towards your initial hair extension order - just contact us once you are ready to place your order!

Yes! All of our boxes are designed with 2 compartments - the first compartment includes a sample piece of hair so you can test for correct length and color.

If the sample piece is not to your liking, you may return or exchange your hair extensions with the main compartment (containing the full set of hair) still sealed, within 30 days of your order.

If both compartments have been opened/unsealed, your order is NOT eligible to be returned or exchanged.

All of our 100% Remy human hair is sourced ethically from India, known for the highest quality human hair. The hair is donated by local women and our factory hand selects the best hair. From there, it goes through an extensive sanitation process before being turned into extensions.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CHRISTIAN REMY CLIP-IN HAIR EXTENSIONS

• Gently brush before and after use to get rid of any tangles with a bristle brush
• Use lukewarm water with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to wash as needed
• When needed, deep condition extensions to extend their longevity
• Before using hot tools, it's always recommended to use a heat protecting spray
• Only use hot tools when hair is dry & do not comb through extensions while hair is wet
• When not in use, store your extensions in a dry place & lay them flat
• Most importantly, take care of your extensions just as you would with your own hair.
• Use proper styling tools to take care of your hair and extensions. You can shop our recommended styling tools here.

If properly cared for, Remy human hair extensions should last 5-6 months.
